I’m not familiar with the Sennheiser Ambeo sound bar or the PeachTree DAC but what I’ve found is that to enable some (or most) devices you may need to find and add a Device Tree overlay.
If you’re able to find out the DT Overlay, then adding support for the device would likely follow the same process as How to set up Allo BOSS DAC hat for your Headless Raspberry Pi, you would just need to find the overlay for the specific device to use instead of the one for the Allo Boss.
Sorry I’m not able to much help here, but without the devices you mentioned I’m not able to do much troubleshooting.
