Plex doesn’t have to be subscription based. I paid for a Lifetime pass 10 years ago when it was $75 and, well… it’s paid for itself. I would suggest getting a lifetime pass while they still offer them; even if Plex ends up dying as a company at some point, how much is what they offer now worth to you?
