I’m supposing you have NVM installed to run the correct node version?
Did you update your plexamp.service file so that the ExecStart line reads as
ExecStart=/home/pi/.nvm/versions/node/v16.20.2/bin/node /home/pi/plexamp/js/index.js
If so, is pi the correct username for your Raspberry Pi login/user or do you need to change that?
The username needs to be updated in ~3 different places (see step 3) so just want to confirm that
